Montreal Highlights
We provide bursaries to CEGEP and university students across the Greater Montreal area, focusing on those who demonstrate both academic potential and financial need. Participation in our program does not require any religious affiliation, and each recipient is personally met and encouraged, ensuring that our contribution goes beyond funding — it’s about motivation, mentorship, and building confidence. Through every bursary awarded, we invest not only in education but in the future leaders, innovators, and changemakers of our community
Jamaica Highlights
Scholarships were awarded to students entering Rusea’s High School, in Hanover, Jamaica, based on merit and financial need. Additionally, we’ve covered tuition for students at risk of dropping out. During the COVID-19 lockdown, we provided tablets so students could access their education remotely, and following Hurricane Melissa, we sent disaster relief to help the students return to the classroom as soon as possible. Through each of these efforts, we remain committed to ensuring students have the support they need to continue learning, no matter the circumstances.

Jennifer plans to pursue a Master of Social Work.
"This has helped me to succeed at school and has been a drive for me to make my family and the Daley Foundation proud!"
Keswayne graduated from Rusea’s High School in Hanover, Jamaica, in 2025. He was awarded one of two full scholarships in recognition of his commitment to education and demonstrated financial need as a student from a single-parent household. The Daley & Tshuma Foundation supported him throughout his high school years, during which he maintained strong academic performance and actively participated in school activities, including the science and media club.
Community & Partnership
At the Daley & Tshuma Scholarship Foundation, our work thrives through meaningful collaborations and a shared dedication to opening doors for students. Among our most valued partners are Trinity Church in Montreal, Quebec, and Spector & Co., whose continued generosity and community spirit have made a lasting impact on our mission. Alongside these major partners, we are equally grateful to the many individual donors whose contributions make it possible to reach even more deserving students. Together, this network of supporters embodies the heart of our Foundation—proving that when a community unites around education, lives are changed and brighter futures are built.
